Spun by nearby Laxtons, entirely from British reared New Zealand Romney sheep on Gordon and Glenys’ award-winning family farm in beautiful Hampshire, the fleeces of these lovely sheep produce a fabulous, soft, long staple fibre perfect for hand knitting.
The beautiful ball bands have been created by local graphic designer, Rosie Houghton, based in Knaresborough. And are printed by the independent Fretwell’s Printers in Keighley, making our beautiful yarn a sustainable, elegant, British Fleece created by a fabulous heritage of long-standing Yorkshire Businesses, that I am so very very proud of.
