MOVE by Lang Yarns Wooladdicts is sock yarn with a little more attitude. Gorgeous colour, beautifully soft extra-fine Merino and, importantly, enough strength to cope with actually being worn. Because nobody wants to spend hours knitting fabulous socks only for their toes to make an unexpected appearance a few weeks later!
The blend of 75% extra-fine Merino wool and 25% nylon gives you the best of both worlds – the warmth, softness and breathability of wool, with that all-important added durability.
And please don’t think MOVE is just for socks. With a generous 400 metres per 100g ball, it’s a fabulous 4 ply for shawls, lightweight sweaters, cardigans, baby knits and accessories too. Those fabulous colour changes can do all the hard work while you happily knit away.
One ball will give you plenty for a pair of wonderfully cosy socks, or mix it with a plain yarn and see where the colours take you.

Fiona says: Sock yarn absolutely does not have to become socks! MOVE has far too much potential for that. I can see this making gorgeous shawls, baby knits and simple sweaters where you let those fabulous colours do all the talking. Although, obviously, it does make a rather fabulous pair of socks too.
