We post out Domestically and Worldwide via Royal Mail /ParcelForce.
Parcels are processed between Tuesday and Friday with any orders made over the weekend being sent out on the next Tuesday.
We endeavour to post your goodies as soon as possible and will contact you if there is any delay in posting out your order.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and charges are based on the weight of your order.
Europe: orders usually arrive within approx 2 – 5 working days
Rest of the World: orders usually arrive within approx 5 – 7 working days
The delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Overseas parcels are sent with tracking with tracking code provided. You may need to provide a signature upon delivery.
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom could be liable to extra taxes, duties, custom charges and fees charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our location and please be aware that the custom process might incur additional delays.

It goes without saying that we hope you will be chuffed with your purchases and cannot thank you enough for purchasing from our little indie yarn haven. If you are however dissatisfied with any of your items then please check out our returns policy.
Returns & Refunds
Thank you so much for buying from us. We really hope you love your purchases but should you have any issues then please contact us asap and we can get your queries/returns sorted out for you.
We run a 28 day returns policy. You have 14 days to inform us of your intent to return the items and a further 14 days to send the item back. After this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
To return your item it must be unused and in the original condition that you received it and in its original packaging. The item must also be pet hair free and not smell of cigarette smoke/be odour free.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:

- Downloadable items
- Perishables such as books and magazines
- Sale/Discontinued items
We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Please make sure to include your order number with the returned package. Discontinued items, Clearance items, Special Wholesale Orders do not qualify for a return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible on delivery to check if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it’s our problem, we’ll give you a full refund or reorder for you.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, handling, and shipping charges that arise from returning a package unless items are faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Promotional free items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise, retail value will be charged. Discounts from promotions and will be deducted from the returned item(s).
If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, FLAT RATE SHIPPING the carrier cost that yarnetc.co.uk covered will be reversed and deducted from your return.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that may vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund.
The original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund.
It usually takes 3-7 days for your refund to be returned to your account, please be patient. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
