Summer is here and although the weather may still be a bit hit and miss, the exciting summer projects can begin 🙌 but more on that later...
|

I've got new projects to share with you and lots of new yarns for you to squish, so lets get stuck in shall we...

|
Creating either a knitted or crocheted blanket using a whopping nearly 3km long Ltd Edition Mega Whirl they are creating a beautiful blanket with a gorgeous soft colourway inspired by the lovely little bullfinch.
|
|

So I first saw these lovelies at the H&H Trade show in Cologne waaaay back in March this year and I had to have them. The bags are just the best quality and have been really well thought out and the size is just fabulous. The mellow colour is subtle and warm and will be a pleasure to use for years and years to come and just get better and better.

They have been on order for so very long but we have finally got in the first of the heavenly Re-Designed beautiful Leather project bags and please let me introduce you to the perfect Bag No 9. This leather bag shade Walnut with gold coloured brass zip and it is stunning. Big enough to put a good sized sweater project in but small enough to use for a smaller sock project and pop in your purse and phone too, just perfect!!

So what's been on my needles this month? Well, this time it's over to you.

We have some gorgeous new shades of Stylecraft Grace in stock (you can find them here) and its THE most versatile fluffy yarn which can be used for patterns from dk weight up to chunky weight and it looks fabulous in all of them!!

|
It was a clear winner last year with our Knit-a-long doing the Love Note pattern, every single one looks super.
|
|
|
|
Here is Sandra wearing her cropped version using shade Long Grass, doesn’t it look fabulous.

This was Sandra’s first time knitting in the round and she has done brilliantly, it looks wonderful.
|
|
|
|
I adore Cal’s classic cream Love Note which is made in shade Oyster – I know Cal has been wearing this constantly since she completed it last year.
|
|
The dreamy blend of acrylic, wool & mohair creates a beautifully soft fluffiness to the yarn that is not only luxuriously warm and soft, but is also machine washable.
|

And this is Pamela’s gorgeous Storm shade version.

This yarn makes the most lovely light weight sweater – perfect for this not too warm summer we are having to throw over your shoulders on the chillier days.

I love their teas, I love that you can taste a selection before you buy and the shop is really lovely too, it’s a tea lovers paradise. The staff are lovely and friendly and I blame our workshop tutor Lucy for sharing this gem with me, the Sicilian Lemonade Tea and the Turkish Apple Tea are my personal favourites 🥰
