Crumpet Cowl Kits
We have lots of kits available, including the 3 different cowl kits above - we love a cowl at Yarn etc.!

The Snow in May Cowl Kit - this pattern is worked in Broken Seed Stitch which is a really lovely, easy stitch that gives a very effective delicate look to this garment with the twist of changing colour half way.

The Monet Cowl Kit is available as a kit in 12 different shades, all the shades are available on the website here.

Crumpet Cowl Kits - Highlighting the trend for this year to make garments and accessories out of multi strands of yarn giving a fabulous funky and completely individual tweedy effect leaving the ends loose and free to be seen (if you want) this kit is excellent fun for the improver knitter and experienced knitted alike. So what's been on my needles this last few months? Well I've managed to finish a few things since our last newsletter.

I've completed The Prismarine Scarf (see pictures below of yours truly modelling it!) and there is a fab video showing it off here on our Instagram. It will be available in a selection of colourways from next week but its one skein of Urth Uneek and one Skein of Urth Harvest.
I finished the Purl and Jane Clacton Sweater and the pattern will be in store in the coming weeks. I used The Harrogate Yarn Co Mercer DK yarn which worked beautifully.
We love seeing what you are working on and what you have finished too. Keep tagging us in photos online or sharing on our Facebook page.
An illustration of a ball of yarn with the end trailing. The trailing end of yarn attaches to a 'S' for the phrase "Save the date!"
There are lots of fabulous Yarn related dates coming up for all you Yarnistas out there. We thought we'd have a "Save the Date" section to share them with you so you can add them to your diaries. Do let us know if we are missing any!
We are properly into sweater weather now so I thought I would share my current favourite patterns with you. How gorgeous is the Emerald Green Cardigan above 👆😊
These are only a handful of my favourite patterns in stock at the moment but we have tonnes (literally) more to chose from. Do come and have a look in store.
Let me know if you make any of these and how you get on. Please share your pictures with us too. You can tag us on Facebook or Instagram 😊

Pay it forward

We know and work with so many amazing small businesses, that we decided to have this section to share them with all of you 😊

This month however, as it's Christmas, we wanted to highlight a fantastic local charity. Harrogate Easier Living Project (HELP). Their aim is to HELP people across the Harrogate district live safe and well and stay connected with their communities.

They are having a raffle with lots of fabulous prizes to be won! You can find out more and buy tickets here.
